"Decent shop, but a little confusing"
The shop was fine overall, nothing really to complain about. It’s not even about that, though, I just felt like some things could’ve been explained or laid out a bit more clearly. Not a bad experience, just not anything that stood out either

"Not sure I’d recommend it"
It was kind of disappointing overall. I ran into an issue and trying to get help just turned into this annoying support loop where I kept getting passed around or sent the same generic responses. By the end, I felt like I’d spent more time chasing answers than actually using the product

"I asked for a refund a few weeks..."
I asked for a refund a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting. Support just keeps telling me to wait, which is frustrating. I get that refunds can take a bit, but after this long it feels like they’re just not doing anything. if getting my money back is this hard, I’m not buying from them again.

"Sizing was way off for me"
I ordered my usual size thinking it would fit fine but it ended up being way too tight, especially around the waist, and the size chart didn’t help much so I was disappointed. The quality seemed okay overall, I just wish the sizing was more accurate because it definitely needs some work.

"Poor quality for what I paid"
I ordered a jacket from shopsonix.com, it felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the package. The material was thin and a bit rough, and it didn’t really match the photos on the site.

After a couple of days, one of the seams started coming loose, which made me wonder if this was even the same quality product they were showing online. It kind of felt like the pictures were doing a lot more work than the actual item.

I was disappointed, especially for what I paid. I don’t think I’d order from them again, because now I’m suspicious about what would actually show up next time.

"Had to keep chasing for updates"
I’ll admit I’m someone who really likes to know where my order is at, so lack of communication bothers me more than it might bother others. But after placing my order, I barely heard anything. The shipping updates were either late or just didn’t show up, and customer support took forever to get back to me. It felt like I had to keep checking in just to find out what was happening.

"Checkout made me a little uneasy"
I ordered from shopsonix.com, and most of it was okay, but the payment page made me pause a bit. It went through fine, but I didn’t really see much about security or payment protection, so I felt a little nervous putting in my card details. Maybe it’s totally fine, but they could definitely do a better job showing trust signs before checkout.

"Pretty confusing after checkout"
I wasn’t really thrilled with my order from shopsonix.com. Placing the order was simple enough, but once I paid, it got kind of annoying because I wasn’t sure what was supposed to happen next. There wasn’t much guidance, and I kept wondering if I should be waiting for another email, tracking info, or some kind of update.
The item did show up eventually, but it was later than I expected and the updates along the way were weak. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it felt slow and unclear, so I probably wouldn’t rush to order from them again...

"checkout was such a hassle"
I was just trying to grab a few things and the checkout kept freezing on me, then somehow my cart changed too... had to type my info in twice and still couldn’t tell if the order even went through. super frustrating i ended up just giving up

"Wish I hadn’t trusted the stock status"
I ordered the item because it showed as in stock, but the next day my order was canceled. Frustrating, honestly, I wish I had checked somewhere else instead of wasting time thinking it was actually available.

"Prices felt a little high to me"
At first the prices seemed fine, but after I looked around at a few other stores, I felt like I paid more than I should have. Some stuff just seemed marked up a bit too much. It’s not a terrible site or anything, but the pricing didn’t feel that fair to me

I ordered from shopsonix.com delivery was way later than what they promised. The tracking hardly updated, so I had no real idea where my package was for few days, which got annoying.
Customer service did reply, but it was mostly short answers and nothing really got fixed. Maybe product itself is fine, but delivery part was too stressful for me. I don’t think I’d order again.

"They sent the wrong stuff"
I ordered two phone cases and somehow got one in the wrong color and the other for a totally different model. I reached out to support, but they were slow and didn’t really do much to fix it. whoever runs this needs to get it together because this was a annoying experience

"Shipping took longer than expected"
Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering: my package arrived late, and the wait was frustrating. The product may be fine, but based on the shipping experience, I probably wouldn’t order from here again unless you’re not in a hurry.

"Didn’t feel legit to me"
Something just felt off when it arrived. The packaging looked kinda cheap and not like what I expected. I messaged them asking if it was authentic, but the replies were vague and didn’t really answer my question. I wouldn’t buy from here again tbh.

"I had a problem with my order..."
I had a problem with my order and support did get back to me , but it took a few days . I also had to explain the issue twice , which was frustrating . They did end up fixing it in the end , but the whole thing felt slower than it needed to be .
